Carry On was born from a simple observation: organizations know how to build, but often fail to prepare for disruption and transmission.
After years leading strategic programs, I wanted to create a sober, durable platform dedicated to resilience, continuity, and collective responsibility. Carry On helps organizations remain sustainable over time, beyond individuals.
