Story
For 15 years, I've worked in vocational rehabilitation, developing the skills needed for individuals who are blind to achieve employment and greater independence. By focusing on blindness skills, this work supports equitable access to job opportunities, which allows more people to participate in the economy. Building skills and independence can contribute to stronger communities as they address environmental issues.
